What’s the difference between live monitoring and standard CCTV?
Traditional video systems provide recording for events that already happened, where our monitored services will alert you in real time of unauthorized activity on your sites as it happens.
Do I have to use your monitoring service, or can I monitor the trailer myself?
Absolutely. With our flexible deployment options, you are never locked in to any part of the service. We can be as involved or as hands on as you need, from text-based alerts only, to full police dispatch.
What happens when an alert is triggered?
Any alerts from the camera system will immediately notify you, and our response team will already be logged in to the cameras making a real determination of the cause and proper response.
Can I access my own live and recorded footage?
Access the video anytime, anywhere, using a computer or smartphone. We store 30 days of video for you, and it yours to keep if you choose.
